Beef (30%), onion, wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), water, salt, sunflower oil, black pepper, coriander powder, paprika.

Our Story

From the kitchens of Mazar-e-Sharif

We are a local Afghan family specialising in authentic Afghan home cooking.

Our recipes were born in 2013 in Mazar-e-Sharif, in the historic Balkh region of northern Afghanistan, one of the oldest inhabited places in the world. We brought them to families here, frozen fresh for convenience, so the food of home is never more than a few minutes away.
